the navy always did have excellent taste in design.

the stranger just alerted me to the best thing that could ever happen to a war...

"Razzle Dazzle" was a method of camouflage used by the English and US navy in WWI and WWII. The idea was to confuse the enemy with bright colors and geometric designs so they would not know where to aim. It also undoubtedly made the enemy wanna ditch the stupid war thing and swim over to join the dance party.
